I am a private Landlord with properties within Southampton - Woolston, Itchen, Bitterne & Sholing. Housing Benefit claimants are considered. There is a deposit equivalent to one month's rent which is payable at the start of the tenancy (the deposit is protected). The first month's rent is also required at the beginning of the tenancy.
I provide an emergency insurance cover for all properties which includes loss of heating, leaks etc.
